Shipping

Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in kraft tube boxes or in flat cartons. In case frame is included, the product is carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and carton around it.

PROCESSING TIME

Each product is individually printed and assembled with/without a frame when you order. So please allow 2-3 business days manufacture time for your prints.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Europe & Nordic Counties: 3-7 Business days. North America: 5-13 business days.  Middle East: 10-15 business days. Australia: 5-8 business days. Rest of the world 12-20 business days. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Prints will be shipped from Austria. Prints are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps or in flat cartons. Due to high demand and world pandemic, prints ordered after Jan 12th are NOT guaranteed to arrive on time.

RETURNS

We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please contact us within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

For custom (size, limited edition etc) orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for change of mind.

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to coralframe@hotmail.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you within the estimated shipping days.
